Capitalization & Deposit Requirements

The Business Plan needs to show the organization of the Corporation, the method of Capitalization, the amount of funding required, the County/ State requirements of owning the Bank, who and how the Bank will be owned, the agreed upon selected Bank Directors, and the potential list of Bank Officer candidates. This is for the initial investment and for Incorporation.

The Operations Plan will show how the Bank will operate, its staff size, its connection with the necessary IT (Information Technology) software support systems, its budget and profit and loss planning, its startup plan, its categories of loans in its loan portfolio, its marketing approach… etc.
